Nothing like a warm golden sun to set the feeling off right for this adorable family. Loved everything about this session. This is such a great example of “what to wear” for your photo session. I like to tell my clients to pick 2-3 colors and then have someone in something with all of the colors to tie everyone together. You will want to pick clothes that are all different. We are out of the ages where everyone has to match. So to accomplish this look you will want to add lots of textures, patterns and layers. Vests, suspenders, hats, ties, bow ties, chunky jewelry, hair accessories, boots, scarves, checkers, plaid, lace, fur are a must to achieve a unique look for your photo session.
For the Crotts session Gina chose orange, blues, white and for her piece to tie everyone together she used a shirt that has orange, pinks and greens. Dad is in a solid light denim button up shirt. JD (oldest boy) is in blue & white checkered button up with a vest sweater & orange watch-both JD and dad have a orange tees underneath. Jett (baby) is in a stripe orange and white shirt with blue and white suspenders–a must and darling grey shoes with orange laces!!! Gina is in some orange skinnys looking so gorgeous with her checkered blue and white top, blue tie & orange wedges. She is also complementing her look with big fun and colorful jewelry. Sweet Evie is in a denim dress with a flowered shirt that ties everyone together.
Its easier then you think. I hope this will help you while you are preparing for your cute pictures that we will be doing soon. If you ever get stuck I absolutely LOVE to help in this department so please do not hesitate to ask if you are not sure if something will flow or not. Enjoy!
